
BJF-I Glass Tube Laser Separator is an intelligent detecting device which incorporates laser, precision machinery and computer technologies and is designed to detect and multi-grade separate the diameter of glass tubes for the energy-saving lamp manufacturers. It consists of display control host, laser scanner, feeding hopper, feeding mechanism, conveyor rail, separating mechanism, receiving hopper, and support frame, etc. The glass tubes put in the feeding hopper are delivered through the feeding mechanism and conveyor rail, and automatically pass the detecting position one by one, where an average of diameter at the middle part of the glass tube is obtained after high-speed scanning by the laser beam and real-time sampling by the computer. Based on the input of nominal diameter and range, the equipment separates the glass tubes into different receiving hoppers in 8 grades.
Compared with traditional mechanical or manual detection methods, its advantages are as below: ¡ö High Measurement Precision Since the laser measurement precision reaches ¡À 0.01mm and the actuating mechanism is stable and reliable, it enables the separation accuracy to reach 100%. ¡ö Fast Separation and Orderly ArrangementIts separation rate can reach 7,200 pieces per hour, and thetubes from the separation mechanism to the receiving hopper are arranged in an orderly manner, which facilitates tube collection and packaging for the operators. ¡ö Wide Applications Currently, the length of tubes which can be measured ranges from 100mm to 350mm; their diameters are between 8-18mm. The instrument can meet the general demand of current energy-saving fluorescent lamp plants in glass tube measurement. ¡ö Multi-grade Separation The glass tubes to be checked can be classified into eight grades in accordance with the preset grade differences and they are respectively separated into eight receiving hoppers, and the commonly used grades can be arranged in hoppers on one side to facilitate tube collection. ¡ö Simple and Convenient Operation Only one person can operate it and what needs to be done is to load the tubes into the feed hopper and collect them from the receiving hopper and then package them. The feed hopper capacity is so large that about 2,500 pieces of tubes (12mm in diameter) can be loaded at one time. If multiple machines work at the same time with designated operator(s) in charge, e.g. with operator(s)designated to feed or collect the tubes,it is even possible for one operator to deal with multiple machines. ¡öMature Technology, Reliable Quality, Applicable to Continuous Work Since the equipment is developed on the basis of our mature product JCJ-I Laser Caliper, both the design of electric and optical circuits and the selection of parts (including various motors used for drive and separation) follow the original designs asmuch as possible. Therefore, we may say that the whole equipment is technically mature and able to work for 24 hours continuously in a long period.
