In pharmaceutical consumables production enterprises, the diameter of a disposable blood collection device is directly related to the volume of blood collected, and the volume of blood collected is directly related to the results of medical testing. Therefore, high requirements are placed on the diameter tolerance. We have developed an automatic detection and control system for micro volume blood collection and tube drawing lines based on the special needs of enterprises in the industry. This system achieves automatic diameter detection, data display, and record curve display during the production process of precise capacity blood collection and tube drawing. It provides digital and intuitive display for the production process, abandoning the outdated production methods that relied on manual visual inspection and caliper detection in the past. The intelligent automatic control effectively improves the degree of automation in the production process, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and reduces the waste of energy and raw materials. In addition, our institute has developed a new automatic grading system for the inner diameter of micro blood collection tubes, which can accurately detect and classify the inner diameter of glass tubes used for micro blood collection tubes. This system integrates laser, precision machinery, computer and other technologies, and is composed of industrial control host, CCD camera, feeding mechanism, conveying guide rail, sorting mechanism, receiving hopper, support frame and other parts. The glass tube automatically passes through the feeding mechanism and conveying guide rail to detect its position in sequence. It is photographed in real-time by a camera and sampled and processed in real-time by a computer to obtain the inner diameter value of the micro collection vessel. The glass tube is sorted into different receiving hoppers based on the input inner diameter and grade difference.
